The Purley Youth Centre was  built at the rear of our premises as part of our Centenary celebrations in
1994/1995, this is an active independent Youth Centre drawing in young people from the neighbourhood and beyond.

The Purley Youth Project manages the Centre and is chaired by
Martin Miller. 0208 686 1100

It offers:-

Tuesdays. 4.30 to 5.45

Alive ‘N’ Kicking, weight management, meet in the centre new members welcome contact Tina Roberts 02037576598 or Natalie Pope leader

The South youth forum meets first Tuesday monthly in the Alistair Black room 4.00 to 7.30

open Junior work (8—12 year olds): 60+ attending each week. Funded by the local
churches and various fund raising activities, this is staffed by
volunteers, who are always pleased to encourage more to join them

All staff are DBS checked and approved

Wednesdays 17.00 – 19.00

New open Inters/senior work 12  to 16 years old providing a safe interesting & exciting environment for them to meet and develop their life skills

 Thursdays 19.00 – 22.00

Senior work (11—18 year olds): if funding is available, Croydon Council is
working with Ment4  to provide opportunities  for
vulnerable, excluded, and unemployed young people.
